She had heard that we were going to put our home up for sale and requested she be allowed to see it. Julie looked our house over and stated that she may have a buyer for our house. She did the comps. of homes sold in our area and suggested a price that she felt the buyer would accept. It was a very good price. We accepted and Julie brought the person over for a look.
